Once the structure dried out and was restored back to its original state after damage from Winter Storm Uri, the multi-family complex needed to get the units back to operating condition for their tenants. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and more needed to be installed. We understand that multi-family property owners need cost-effective solutions because of the high volume of fixtures and materials needed to renovate the large number of units within a complex. We guided them through the renovation process with open lines of communication while providing budget and project management to ensure the project was completed on time and within budget. Some of the renovation services provided included skilled labor for sheetrock, trim, carpentry, paint, cabinetry, and countertops.
